I’m a body therapist based in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.
I offer somatic sessions and therapeutic massage to help people reconnect with their body, breath, and emotions.
My approach is intuitive, grounding, and deeply human — an invitation to breathe, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
You can find me also at Mané Wellness Center, where bookings are available.
