through tension, discomfort and patterns.

Over the years,

I’ve explored different approaches -including osteopathy-based bodywork, fascia work, internal practices like gong fu, and somatic awareness.

Today, I integrate these experiences into a simple goal:
helping your body reorganise, so you can feel lighter, more present, and more connected to yourself.
